If you are experiencing a true emergency after office hours, meaning an interruption in your service, please see below. DO NOT use these contact numbers for account questions or non-emergency issues. If you contact the operator for account or administrative issues, your account will be charged the operator's rate of $95. For all account or administrative issues, call the District Office 928-443-9484.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If the District operator responds to a service call and the problem is found to be on the customer's property, the District will bill all charges for labor and supplies to the property owner's account. These charges are due within ten (10) days of receipt of the invoice from the District.
