Welcome to the

BIG PARK DWWID WEBSITE

Big Park DWWID Board and Finance Committee meetings are canceled until further notice.

Effective March 16, 2020 and until further notice

Improvement District Services office will be closed to all walk-in customers.

The COVID-19 outbreak is a rapidly developing situation.  We care about the health and safety of our customers, employees and our entire community. For the safely of all, we are closing our office to walk-in patrons at this time.  Since all District business can be easily be handled via phone, email or online, removing walk-in service will not remove any essential services to our customers and yet in doing so, keeps our employees safe and maintains our ability to serve you.

Payments can be sent by mail, made online or left in the mail slot.  They will be processed the same business day they are received.  Please note:  We cannot accept cash left in the mail slot as we are unable to provide a receipt.  Money orders can be purchased most places, including at the Circle K across the street for under $1.50.

Being available to assist our customers means we must keep our office staff healthy.  Thankfully through technology there are many ways we are here to support you.  You can call the office at (928) 443-9484  and/or email us at:  diana@idsadmin.com or jbartos@idsadmin.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
